What are Sipling alcohol-free cocktails? Are they the same as alcohol-free spirits?
Sipling has crafted a range of ready-to-drink, alcohol-free adult soft drinks that faithfully recreate the familiarity, complexity and sense of occasion of the world’s most popular cocktails. Unlike alcohol-free spirits, Sipling cocktails can be served directly from the bottle without the need for mixers or other embellishments.

Do the Sipling cocktails contain alcohol?
The Sipling drinks are considered alcohol free. However, the drinks do contain trace amounts of alcohol (less than 0.3%) which is similar to that of other flavoured soft drinks, vinegars, orange juices, kombucha or overripened fruit.

What does the name Sipling mean?
At Sipling we honour the complexity and mastery in creating the finest classic cocktails. Carefully crafted cocktails should be sipped slowly to savour and enjoy the intricate flavours. As an alcohol-free reinvention of alcoholic cocktails, Sipling’s drinks have all of the exuberance, ambition and curiosities of cocktails, but without the mature edge of alcohol. Who can drink Sipling?
Everyone’s invited to enjoy Sipling as we are alcohol-free, giving everyone the chance to adore their favourite cocktails. Sipling is the favoured choice of a number of discerning consumers who are seeking to either cut out or cut back on their alcohol consumption without compromising on taste.

Can children drink Sipling?
Technically yes; however, as our cocktails are designed to recreate the taste of alcoholic versions of popular cocktails, we would suggest that they aren’t suitable for those under 16 years of age, despite being alcohol-free.

Can I drink Sipling when I am pregnant, driving or on medication?
All Sipling drinks are alcohol-free and suitable for those not able to drink alcohol. For expectant mothers or those on medication, we advise seeking guidance from a medical profession prior to consumption.

Where can I buy Sipling alcohol-free cocktails?

Shipping

Thank you for visiting us and shopping with the Sipling Beverage Company. We currently only ship to the Mainland UK, but expect to open up shipping options to the Channel Islands and Europe in the coming months.

Mainland UK shipping is £4.67 on all orders under £34.99.

Mainland UK shipping is free on all orders over £35.00.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns

Overview

Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Under the CCRs we are only able to refund unopened products. Please see below for more information on Cancelling an Order.

Returns

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

To reduce fraudulent claims, if items have been damaged during shipping, photographic evidence must be provided of the damaged box and damaged items when submitting a request for a refund or exchange.

We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you wish to proceed with a return, please email orders@sipling.com to coordinate, using the subject line RETURNS.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this, it is over 30 days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@sipling.com.

Exchanges

We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We are unable to replace bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers.

Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order for exchange, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelling an order

If you live in the EU, you have the right, subject to the exceptions noted below, to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (CCRs) which govern all internet shopping.

You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.

If you wish to cancel an order within 14 calendar days, please email orders@sipling.com with the subject line CANCELLATION UNDER CCR and we will send you a model cancellation form.

You must return the goods to us at your own cost no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and retain a proof of postage, as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage sustained to them until we receive them back at our warehouse.

We will refund you the full value of your order, including the original shipping costs, via the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back. If your card issuer has not sent you a refund within 30 days, please contact orders@sipling.com.
